What I Do
I offer two communications services. First, I can help with any writing or editing task. I'm particularly interested in composing persuasive letters for those who may lack the resources to do so without help. I am also available for more involved writing tasks.
Secondly, I coach small groups, using both my long experience as a 
manager of small work crews and my subsequent education. I focus on how interpersonal relationships either facilitate or hinder groups and teams from achieving their goals.

I select clients based on:
- the client's need.
- my ability to fill that need.
- the client's purpose. I don't accept clients who intend to use my services for illegal or unethical purposes.
My approach to small groups is based on these principles:
- leaders should be the servants of all.
- members and leaders should not be respecters of persons.
- a common vision will prevent a group from perishing. Even those who have been antagonists in the past can produce if they share a common goal.
